The present invention provides a concrete anti-freezing agent, comprising the following components of: polycarboxylic series of high performance water reducer, ethylene glycol, triethanolamine, sodium sulfate, carboxymethylcellulose sodium and water. Compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects that: the concrete anti-freezing agent of the present invention is a chloride-free anti-freezing agent, with no steel corrosion occurring; the concrete anti-freezing agent can be used under -20 DEG C; and the concrete infiltrated by the concrete anti-freezing agent is good in durability and high in strength.
