The invention provides a regenerated earth-retaining brick. The regenerated earth-retaining brick comprises regenerated coarse aggregate, regenerated fine aggregate, cement, water and an additive, wherein a weight ratio of regenerated coarse aggregate to regenerated fine aggregate to cement is 40-60: 30-50: 10-20, a weight ratio of water to cement is 0.2 to 0.4, and the additive is pigment or other auxiliary preparation capable of improving strength. Thus, the regenerated earth-retaining brick provided by the invention has a beautiful shape, enables construction to be convenient and fast, makes full use of performance advantages of regenerated aggregate and realizes recycling of resources.
