The invention discloses a high-magnetic-conductibility low-loss soft-magnetic ferrite material. The raw materials comprise main materials and auxiliary materials. The main materials comprise, by mole percentages, 52.5-53.5mol% of ferric nitrate, 34.0-35.5mol% of manganous nitrate and 12-13.5mol% of zinc nitrate. With the total weight of the main materials as a base, the auxiliary materials comprise 300-700ppm of niobium oxide, 100-260ppm of neodymium oxide, 200-300ppm of vanadium oxide, 200-300ppm of copper oxide, 250-800ppm of calcium oxide, 20-80ppm of barium oxide, 20-100ppm of titanium dioxide, 10-80ppm of silicon oxide, 2000-2500ppm of bonding agents and 8-9*10<6>ppm. The invention also discloses a preparation method for a high-magnetic-conductibility low-loss soft-magnetic ferrite material.
