High performance soft magnetic ferrite material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high performance soft magnetic ferrite material. The high performance soft magnetic ferrite material comprises, by weight, 100 parts of main components, 0.001-0.003 parts of auxiliary components and 1-5 parts of assistants. The main components comprise, by mole, 40-50 parts of Fe3O4, 16-20 parts of NiO, 15-20 parts of ZnO, 1-3 parts of CuO, 5-10 parts of MnO2 and 1-2 parts of WO3. The auxiliary components comprises, by weight, 0.5-2 parts of Nb2O5, 1-2 parts of SiO2, 0.5-1.5 parts of Co2O3, 0.5-1.5 parts of Ti2O3, 1-3 parts of La2O3 and 1.5-2.5 parts of chromium boride. The assistants comprise, by weight, 100 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 1-3 parts of barium sulfate, 0.5-1.5 parts of silicone emulsion and 1-3 parts of zinc stearate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high performance soft magnetic ferrite material. The preparation method has the advantages of high frequency, high magnetic permeability, high resistivity and simple preparation processes.

The invention discloses a high performance soft magnetic ferrite material. The high performance soft magnetic ferrite material comprises, by weight, 100 parts of main components, 0.001-0.003 parts of auxiliary components and 1-5 parts of assistants. The assistants comprise, by weight, 100 parts of modified polyvinyl alcohol, 3-6 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 1-3 parts of barium sulfate, 0.5-1.5 parts of silicone emulsion and 1-3 parts of zinc stearate. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the high performance soft magnetic ferrite material. The preparation method has the advantages of high frequency, high magnetic permeability, high resistivity and simple preparation processes.
