Hot-spray-mending material of RH dip pipe and using method of hot-spray-mending material
The invention discloses a hot-spray-mending material of an RH dip pipe and a using method of the hot-spray-mending material. The hot-spray-mending material comprises the following main components in percentage by weight: 66-80% of corundum, 3-10% of magnesium aluminate spinel, 4-8% of alumina micropowder and 12-20% of aluminum-magnesium metal composite powder. When the hot-spray-mending material is used, oxygen or a mixed gas of oxygen and air serves as a carrier and a combustion-supporting gas, and the prepared spray-mending material is delivered to a spray gun and is sprayed and mended on an RH dip pipe castable body part to be mended, wherein the furnace temperature of a mending region is higher than or equal to 800 DEG C. The spray-mending material disclosed by the invention is free of adding water in the using process, free of low-melting-point binding agents, low in rebound rate and high in bonding strength; and the obtained mending layer has excellent high temperature resistance in use and has the performances of molten steel resistance, steel furnace slag resistance and scouring resistance, and the service life of the RH dip pipe can be prolonged.
