The invention discloses an asphalt mixture mixing vehicle. The asphalt mixture mixing vehicle comprises a sub frame which is additionally arranged on a second-class automobile chassis. A conveying belt is arranged to longitudinally run through the sub frame along a longitudinal center line of the sub frame; four bins are arranged above the conveying belt; material outlets in the bottom of bin bodies are formed above the conveying belt on one side; and spiral metering rollers are mounted at the material outlets. A a material loading port of a vertically arranged bucket elevator is abut-jointed with a material feeding end of a conveyor; and the bucket elevator is used for elevating aggregates and powder into a double-shaft mixer. A hot asphalt system is used for pumping out hot asphalt according to a set volume and spraying the hot asphalt into the double-shaft mixer from a spray gun through a heating hose; the hot asphalt is fried and mixed together with the aggregates and the powder by using a mixing blade so as to form a finished product asphalt mixture. Through a material outlet, the fried and mixed asphalt mixture falls a turnover type asphalt mixture heat-insulating hopper below the material outlet. The asphalt mixture mixing vehicle disclosed by the invention is advantaged in that the structure of the asphalt mixture mixing vehicle is compact, the asphalt mixture mixing vehicle has complete functions, the asphalt mixture mixing vehicle is convenient to move and transfer, and the asphalt mixture can be rapidly fried and mixed on site.
