Cavities (30, 40) surrounded by the left half frame (3), the right half frame (4), the upper elastic covering part (62), and the lower elastic covering part (61) are provided with a first movable cleaning plate assembly (9) and a second movable cleaning plate assembly (8) therein, wherein the first movable cleaning plate assembly (9) and the second movable cleaning plate assembly (8) are arranged in the anteroposterior direction.
