Precasting and mounting method of pi-shaped steel frame on arch of deck type arch bridge
The invention specifically discloses a precasting and mounting method of a pi-shaped steel frame on an arch of a deck type arch bridge. The precasting and mounting method solves the problem that the transportation of other structural components is influenced because the period of the construction of a conventional pi-shaped steel frame is long. The precasting and mounting method comprises the following steps: a, manufacturing a precast mould frame for precasting and storing the pi-shaped steel frame; b, constructing the pi-shaped steel frame, when the pi-shaped steel frame is completely precast, adopting a vehicle to hoist and steer, and laterally transporting the steered pi-shaped steel frame to a hoisting region so as to steer the transported pi-shaped steel frame with a flat transport vehicle; and c, constructing provisional supporting piers for being supported on two sides of a web plate of the pi-shaped steel frame on bridge locations, hoisting the precast pi-shaped steel frame on the provisional supporting piers with a cable hoister so as to perform wet connecting operation, and after the wet connecting operation is completed, dismantling the provisional supporting piers so as to complete the precasting and mounting operation of the pi-shaped steel frame. The precasting and mounting method disclosed by the invention is reasonable and reliable, a hoisting bracket is not needed, security risks and construction period risks of the construction of the pi-shaped steel frame on the bridge locations are avoided, movable hoisting equipment is flexibly used so as to be matched with the construction, and the problem that the precast pi-shaped steel frame cannot be horizontally moved is solved.
