The invention discloses a construction method for soil-cement mixing piles. The method comprises the following steps: (1) leveling a site; (2) carrying out positioning and lofting, and testing the length of a needed pile; (3) preparing soil slurry; (4) pouring soil mixing columns; (5) after the poured soil slurry forms the columns, preparing soil-cement slurry; (6) putting a pile mixing machine at the soil mixing column to mix and sink the soil mixing column; after the soil mixing column reaches a designated spot, starting an ash slurry pump, pouring the soil-cement slurry, and carrying out mixing and raising; (7) repeatedly raising and dropping the pile mixing machine to mix and spray the soil-cement slurry for two times, and carrying out the construction of the soil-cement mixing pile at the next soil mixing column. According to the method, a soil pile is poured firstly, and a soil-cement pile is poured into the soil pile, so that the construction of the mixing piles in the soft soil layer or a quicksand soil layer is realized. Particularly, aiming at muddy water marsh generated in the frozen soil construction, the bearing capacity and the slope stability of a foundation can be quickly improved well, and the settling volume is greatly reduced.
