The invention relates to an anti-seepage foundation pit supporting structure and a construction method. The anti-seepage foundation pit supporting structure is characterized in that a vertical water interception layer is arranged on the sidewall of a foundation pit, and a pit bottom water interception layer and a pit bottom counter-force pile are arranged at the bottom of the foundation pit; the vertical water interception layer is composed of a vertical concrete pile and a composite water interception plate; a prefabricated plate tip is arranged at the bottom of the composite water interception plate, a vertical connection slot and a transversal connection slot are formed in a vertical sectioned part and a longitudinal sectioned part of the composite water interception plate respectively, and a transversal stiffened plate and a vertical stiffened plate are arranged on the sidewall of the composite water interception plate; and a transversal stiffened body is arranged at the intersection part of the transversal stiffened plate and the vertical stiffened plate. The anti-seepage foundation pit supporting structure disclosed by the invention has the following advantage: seepage failure of the foundation pit can be prevented, and settlement deformation of surrounding buildings of the foundation pit can be effectively controlled by forming a three-dimensional airtight waterproof structure around the foundation pit. The invention further discloses a construction method for the anti-seepage foundation pit supporting structure.
