The invention discloses a backflow well lid which comprises a well seat and a well lid body. The well lid body comprises an upper cover plate and a lower cover plate; the outer circular surface of the lower cover plate is matched with the inner circular surface of the well seat; the upper cover plate is in contact and fit with the upper surface of the well seat; a plurality of counter bores are formed in the well lid body; the height of a large hole of each counter bore is larger than the distance between the lower end face of the well lid body and the upper end face of the well seat after the well lid body is installed; a threaded rod is arranged in each counter bore; the lower end of each threaded rod is connected with the well seat in a thread fit mode; a supporting plate of a net structure is arranged between the lower cover plate and the well seat. By means of the well lid, a person can be effectively prevented from falling into a well.
