The invention discloses a noise-reducing sewer well cover. The noise-reducing sewer well cover comprises a foundation base plate, a rubber ring and a contact cover plate, wherein the contact cover plate is arranged in the rubber ring; the rubber ring is arranged in parallel above the foundation base plate; micro holes penetrating up and down are densely formed in the contact cover plate; a circle of concave embedded grooves are formed in the inner side of the rubber ring; a circle of convex lip sides extending to the inside of the embedded grooves are arranged on the outer circle of the contact cover plate; a support gasket is arranged between the central position of the bottom surface of the contact cover plate and the upper surface of the foundation base plate. Through the manner, the micro holes are densely formed in the contact cover plate of the noise-reducing sewer well cover, so that the noise-reducing sewer well cover is excellent in draining capability; the hole diameter is small, so that the surface flatness is excellent; the vibration and the noise caused during driving of vehicles can be reduced; in addition, the rubber ring is capable of reducing vibration and noise, so that the overall noise-reducing performance is relatively excellent; meanwhile, due to the split structure, the noise-reducing sewer well cover is convenient to maintain and replace.
