The invention discloses a closed profiled steel plate-lightweight concrete composite wall and a constructing method thereof. The closed profiled steel plate-lightweight concrete composite wall comprises a group of closed profiled steel plates, a plurality of double-head screws and lightweight concrete filled in a cavity, the closed profiled steel plates are arranged oppositely and form the cavity, and the double-head screws penetrate the closed profiled steel plates and are fixedly connected with the same. The closed profiled steel plates can restrict shedding caused by damage of the lightweight concrete during an earthquake to prevent accidents; lateral deformation in the process of concrete pouring can be restricted through tying of the double-head screws, so that construction cost is lowered.
