The invention discloses a construction method and device for a pipe in a piping shaft of a superhigh rise building. The method comprises steps as follows: step one, multiple standard pipe sections are directly welded into lengthened pipe sections in a wide space area outside the piping shaft; step two, the lengthened pipe sections are vertically hoisted into the piping shaft by a winch, and every two adjacent lengthened pipe sections are welded in the piping shaft after the positions of the lengthened pipe sections are calibrated by a hand-driven or electric hoist to complete the pipe construction work; step three, the pipe is fixedly connected onto a wall of the piping shaft through fixing brackets. The device comprises a hoisting beam, a pulley block, the winch, the hand-driven or electric hoist and a reinforcing lock. According to the construction method and device for the pipe in the piping shaft of the superhigh rise building, the number of welded junctions can be reduced, the number of seepage points is reduced, the welding quality of pipe construction is improved, and the influence of space limitation of the piping shaft is smaller.
