Oblique-spraying push-chain-type concrete sprayer
The invention provides an oblique-spraying push-chain-type concrete sprayer which structurally comprises a chain-type piston, a spraying cylinder, a high-pressure air pipe, a mixing chamber and a spraying pipe. The chain-type piston is penetratingly arranged in the spraying cylinder, the mixing chamber is arranged on the spraying cylinder, the high-pressure air pipe is connected obliquely above the mixing chamber, a spraying bend is connected obliquely below the mixing chamber, an air spraying hole is formed in the bottom of the high-pressure air pipe, and the lower end of the air spraying hole is opposite to the oblique upper side of the chain-type piston in the mixing chamber to clean attachments on the chain-type piston. Compared with the prior art, the oblique-spraying push-chain-type concrete sprayer has the advantages that after the spraying cylinder which is arranged obliquely is adopted, both a flat ring and a vertical ring of a ring chain are flushed by high-pressure airflow, so that the problem of material adhesion of the chain-type piston is well solved, and the concrete sprayer has high popularization value.
