The invention provides a mobile watch house high in construction speed and low in cost. The mobile watch house comprises a main frame. Rock wool is inserted into gaps of the main frame. An outer structural plate, an extruded plastic plate and a wood grain plate are disposed outside the main frame in order. An inner structural plate and a gypsum plate are disposed in the main frame in order. The mobile watch house is high in construction speed; during in large-scale production in a factory, inner and outer decorations which are finished are lifted in place and are then connected with the main structure via connectors, and secondary decoration is not required in construction anymore; loss of materials and equipment is lowered, material loss of field construction is nearly zero, and the cost is low; labor conditions of workers are greatly improved, the workers are free of sun and rain, the construction process is free of or bears less weather impact, and organization of perennial balanced construction is facilitated; modular assembly is effective in preventing water leakage at a doorway.
