The invention provides a track type multilayer parking structure. The track type multilayer parking structure comprises a bottom-layer parking platform and a high-layer parking platform; the bottom-layer parking platform is provided with two first driving wheels and two first driven wheels; each first driving wheel is driven by a corresponding first decelerating brake motor; the high-layer parking platform is locked on a parking frame through first electromagnetic locking devices; the parking frame is locked on vertical fixed piles through second electromagnetic locking devices; two second driving wheels and two second driven wheels are arranged below the parking frame; each second driving wheel is driven by a corresponding second deceleration brake motor; the parking frame is provided with a lifting device; and by the lifting device, the high-layer parking platform can ascend or descend. The track type multilayer parking structure is easy to use and maintain; vehicles can park automatically without assistance of professional staff; and people can store or take vehicles by themselves and only need to push a switch.
