The invention provides a 35kV double-circuit tubular composite rod tower. The 35kV double-circuit tubular composite rod tower comprises a metal rod body and a composite insulation rod head, wherein an earth wire cross beam and three square-tube-shaped composite cross beams are fixed to the composite material insulation rod; an earth wire side earthed downlead framework is mounted on the composite material insulation rod; a metal rod body side earthed downlead framework is also mounted at a junction of the metal rod body and the composite insulation rod head; an earthed downlead is mounted between the earth wire side earthed downlead framework and the metal rod body side earthed downlead framework; the distance between the earthed downlead and two ends of each square-tube-shaped composite cross beam is greater than or equal to 0.6m; the distance between the junction of the metal rod body and the composite insulation rod head and a lower phase lead is greater than or equal to 2m. The 35kV double-circuit tubular composite rod tower is applicable to 35kV wires with wide ranges of span distances, is high in universality and high in electric reliability; the lightning protection performance and the antifouling performance of the composite rod tower can be effectively improved.
