The invention provides a cabin door hinge device. The device comprises a hinge base and a four-bar linkage device, wherein the hinge base is welded to a cabin body, and the four-bar linkage device is movably connected with the inner wall of a cabin door and comprises a first connecting bar, a second connecting bar, a third connecting bar and a sliding connecting bar. Through the restrictive relation between the connecting bars and under the action of a hinge, rotation and translation motion exist at the same time, and the translation motion of the sliding connecting bar ensures that the distance between the cabin door and a door frame is increased when the cabin door is opened, so that scratching is avoided and interference between the cabin door and the cabin body is avoided when the cabin door is opened. The whole device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and suitable for opening and closing of the cabin door.
