The invention discloses an automatic smart home regulating system based on weather changes. The system comprises a fixed board, a wind baffle, a conic hopper and a collection box. A sliding groove is formed in the fixed board. A sliding ball is embedded in the sliding groove. A first control switch is arranged at the preset distance away from the right side of the sliding ball. The wind baffle is connected with the sliding ball through a rope. An electromagnetic suction cup is connected with a storage battery through the first control switch. The lower end of the conic hopper is inserted in the collection box. A first contact and a second contact are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottom in the collection box respectively. A rotary shaft of the motor is connected with an operation handle of a clothes rack.
