The invention discloses a telescopic door and window mould of a wall opening. The telescopic door and window mould comprises a first support rack, a second support rack, a third support rack and a fourth support rack, wherein the first support rack and the third support rack are horizontally distributed, the third support rack is located right above the first support rack, and the second support rack and the fourth support rack are vertically distributed; each of the first support rack, the second support rack, the third support rack and the fourth support rack comprises a shell, a first box and a second box, one end of the first box and one end of the second box are respectively connected into two opposite end faces of the shell in a sleeved manner, and the shell is movably connected with the first box and the second box. The telescopic door and window mould is adjustable in size and convenient to demount.
