The invention discloses an adjustable-inclination suspended rail door and a triplex rail door comprising the same. The adjustable-inclination suspended rail door comprises a door body (1). A door roller retainer (2) disposed at an upper end of the door body (1) along the width direction of the door body (1). Two rollers (3) are disposed at two ends of the door roller retainer (2), respectively. Regulators for adjusting height of two ends of the door roller retainer (2) are disposed on the door roller retainer (2). The height of the two rollers (3) can be changed relative to the upper end of the door body (1) through regulating of the regulators. The triplex rail door comprises the multiple adjustable-inclination suspended rail doors connected with one another; front and rear rail doors are slid under action of door stops. Since the rollers are mounted at the upper end of the door body and fixedly connected with the door roller retainer, the inclination of the door body can be regulated just through regulating the height of the two ends of the door roller retainer; using is convenient, and the door body can be quickly regulated after a storage cabinet is mounted.
