The invention discloses a composite cement grinding aid and cement containing the same and belongs to the field of manufacturing of cement. The cement grinding aid comprises raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 6-12 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 2-6 parts of sodium triphosphate, 1-5 parts of calcium formate, 3-9 parts of polyethylene glycol, 2-6 parts of unsaturated polyester resin, 2-8 parts of diethanolisopropanolamine, 4-8 parts of lignin, 2-6 parts of hydroxyethyl diethylenetriamine and 1-5 parts of sodium humate. The invention further discloses cement containing the composite cement grinding aid. The composite cement grinding aid is low in admixing volume and good in reinforcement effect, can improve the performance of the cement and the machine-hour yield and reduces the production cost of the cement; the cement requires a small clinker proportion, can reduce environmental pollution and saves mineral resources.
