Infrared high-emissivity coating filling material and preparation method of same
The invention discloses an infrared high-emissivity coating filling material and a preparation method of the same. The coating filling material is composed of following raw materials, on the basis that the total mass is 100%, by mass, 30-60% of silicomanganese slag, 10-30% of barium slag and 10-40% of phosphogypsum. The preparation method includes following steps: preparing the raw materials according to mass percentage ratio, mixing uniformly the silicomanganese slag, the barium slag and the phosphogypsum, roasting the mixture at 400-600 DEG C for 1-4 h; and ball-milling the roasted product for 3-7 h to prepare the coating filling material. The coating filling material is excellent in performance, is low in cost, can achieve energy saving and emission reduction, and achieves an object of turning waste into resources.
