Reinforced silica aerogel super heat insulation coating and preparation method thereof
A reinforced silica aerogel super heat insulation coating is prepared from, by weight, 32-35 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, a proper amount of hydrochloric acid, a proper amount of ammonia water, a proper amount of ethanol, a proper amount of deionized water, 0.5-0.7 parts of tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker, 1-1.5 parts of trimethylchlorosilane, 0.4-0.5 parts of polyoxyethylene alcohol ether, 0.01-0.02 parts of lauryldimethylamine oxide, 0.4-0.6 parts of tung oil anhydride, 0.02-0.04 parts of a silane coupling agent KH550, 0.4-0.6 parts of sulfated castor oil, 70-75 parts of E-12 epoxy resin, 9-12 parts of xylene, and 6.8-7.4 parts of diethylenetriamine. Addition of modified tetrapod-like zinc oxide whisker in the invention improves the disadvantages of frangibility and low strength of silica aerogel and solves the problems of contraction, cracking and avalanche of the above provided product in the normal pressure drying process; and the coating has wide application prospect and great industrial popularization values.
