The invention provides a waterproofing magnesium oxide board and belongs to the technical field of building decorative materials. The waterproofing magnesium oxide board is prepared by mixing following raw materials, by weight, 60-70 parts of light-calcined magnesium oxide, 40-50 parts of magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, 0.5-1 part of a special water-resisting agent, 40-50 parts of a light-weight filling material and 1-6 parts of a reinforcing material. The special water-resisting agent is formed by mixing 10% of silicone ash, 20% of sodium methylsilicate and 70% of fly ash. By means of the water-resisting agent, the special water-resisting agent solves the problem that a magnesium oxide fireproof board is poor in water resistance and is liable to absorb moisture and to be re-halogenated for so long. Meanwhile, with the magnesium sulfate heptahydrate as a cementing material, the waterproofing magnesium oxide board overcomes the defects that the magnesium oxide board in the prior art is poor in waterproofing property, is liable to absorb moisture and to be re-halogenated, is liable to crack and deform, and is insufficient in strength. The magnesium oxide board is enhanced in flexibility and durability.
