Woven basket ceramic soil and preparation process thereof
The present invention discloses woven basket ceramic soil and a preparation process thereof. The woven basket ceramic soil is prepared from the following components in percentages by weight: Nanping diopside, Guangxi talc, Longyan kaoline, Datian kaoline, Zhangping kaoline and Fujian wax stone. The preparation process comprises the following steps: taking raw materials to a ball mill in a ratio and grinding sufficiently; filtering decay materials that are put in a slurry tank by using a screen; extracting air by using a pug mill; refining the decay materials for several times and pressing to a mud cake through a pressure filter; and stacking the decay materials with cardboards for a mouth to obtain the woven basket ceramic soil. The woven basket ceramic soil provided by the present invention is simple in components and reasonable in ratio. The woven basket ceramic made by the the woven basket ceramic soil provided by the present invention is lower in the firing temperature compared with a woven basket ceramic made by common materials, so that the power consumption is low, the cost is low, and the burnt woven basket ceramic soil product is high in hardness and good in quality and is unlikely to damage.
