Gauze porcelain clay formula and firing technology
The invention discloses a gauze porcelain clay formula and a firing technology. The formula is prepared from, by mass, 15-40 parts of Dehua white corundum, 20-55 parts of Dehua kaolin, 5-25 parts of potassium feldspar, 5-25 parts of albite, 3-15 parts of Suzhou clay, 5-10 parts of Datong clay, 3-8 parts of bentonite, 1-5 parts of yellow mud, 1-5 parts of dense corundum, 1-5 parts of silicon carbide, 5-10 parts of quartz stone, 1-8 parts of talcum, 1-5 parts of zirconium oxide and 0-10 parts of Dehua mine clay. A made porcelain blank is placed into a kiln to be fired at 1310 DEG C, and heat preservation is performed for 4-6 h to obtain gauze porcelain. Porcelain clay is manually pasted on a base blank layer by layer to be manufactured into a needed model and then placed at 1310 DEG C to be fired, then a porcelain texture like that of a gauze scarf or silk is obtained, and the limit of a porcelain manufacturing technology is challenged.
