The sintering curve is as follows: the temperature is risen continuously to 1240 DEG C ~ 1260 DEG C from room temperature, then continuously risen to 1765 DEG C ~ 1775 DEG C, and the temperature is kept at 1765 DEG C ~ 1775 DEG C for 100min ~ 120min. The high-purity alumina grinding balls can be prepared by use of a low production cost, can be used for grinding of sapphire special powder, and is non- pollution, good in wear resistance, large in density, high in ground speed, and good in effect.
