The low-porosity high-density alumina ceramic eyelet is prepared from, by weight, 3-5 parts of yttrium oxide, 80-90 parts of aluminum oxide, 4-6 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-5 parts of silicon carbide, 0.2-0.3 part of zinc naphthenate, 2-5 parts of bamboo charcoal fibers, 0.2-0.3 part of low-molecular polyethylene wax, 0.1-0.3 part of alkyl glycoside, 0.1-0.3 part of ammonium acetate, 0.3-0.4 part of glacial acetic acid, 0.1-0.3 part of sodium methallyl sulfonate, 1-2 parts of guar gum and 4-5 parts of deionized water. By wrapping the aluminum oxide with the bamboo charcoal fibers and performing ball milling on part of the raw materials, powder of prepared spherical particles is uniform in particle size distribution and good in fluidity, a prepared blank is high in strength and more compact in structure, sintering density reaches 3.7-3.8 g/cm<3>, and the sintered ceramic eyelet is bright in surface, high in ceramic density, easy to demould and low in porosity.
