High electrostrictive leadless piezoelectric ceramic material and preparation method therefor and application thereof
The invention relates to a high electrostrictive leadless piezoelectric ceramic material and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. The chemical general formula of the material is (1-x)[0.94BNT-0.06BKT]]-xBiT, wherein x is mass content of BiT and is greater than 0 but less than or equal to 0.15. The preparation method comprises: preparing a sheet bismuth layer-structured Bi4Ti3O12 material by adopting a molten-salt growth method; then proportioning Bi4Ti3O12 and a perovskite-structured 0.94BNT-0.06BT base material in a certain mass ratio; putting the mixture in a ball-milling tank; granulating the ball-milled mixture; and preparing the (1-x)[0.94BNT-0.06BKT]]-xBiT leadless piezoelectric ceramic material by virtue of a solid state sintering method. The material provided by the invention can be used for preparing a piezoelectric sensor, a piezoelectric motor or a displacement controller. Compared with the prior art, the material provided by the invention is simple in preparation method, good in process stability and low in cost, and the prepared leadless piezoelectric ceramic material has an excellent piezoelectric property and is good in compactness, the electrostrictive value can reach 0.37%, and the material has a good application prospect.

The invention relates to a high electrostrictive leadless piezoelectric ceramic material and a preparation method therefor and application thereof.
