The invention relates to a binding agent for precision injection molding of an optical fiber ceramic ferrule. An injection molding binding agent used for the optical fiber ceramic ferrule is prepared from the following components: fully-refined paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, EVA, epoxy resin, dicyandiamide and stearic acid. The injection molding binding agent integrates the advantages of a traditional thermoplastic system binding agent and a thermosetting system binding agent and avoids respective defects of the traditional thermoplastic system binding agent and thermosetting system binding agent. The binding agent has a thermoplastic property in mixing and injection molding processes, so that uniform mixing and injection die stamping can be realized on thermoplastic equipment; in a degreasing process, resin is cured under the action of high temperature, and the binding agent has the thermosetting property; a degreased blank is not softened and deformed so that the size precision and the shape retaining capability of the product are improved.
