Anticorrosion fireproof zirconia-corundum brick
The invention discloses a production method for a novel anticorrosion fireproof zirconia-corundum brick. The production method comprises preparing raw materials such as A, B, C, D, E, F and G particles, wherein the A particle is a fused cast zirconia-corundum particle with the granularity of 2-4 mm, the B particle is a chromium oxide particle with the granularity of 1-2 mm, the C particle is a white corundum fine powder with the granularity of 2-3 mm, the D particle is a chromium oxide fine powder with the granularity of 0.05-0.08 mm, the E particle is a kyanite powder with the granularity of 0.2-0.3 mm, the F particle is a volcanic powder with the granularity of 1-3 mm, and the G particle is an andalusite powder with the granularity of 2-4 mm; and molding the brick body from the materials, and then drying and sintering, so as to obtain the anticorrosion fireproof zirconia-corundum brick. The prepared anticorrosion fireproof zirconia-corundum brick possesses amazing compaction resistance and corrosion resistance, and is good in thermal shock resistance.
