Composite quartz ceramic radome body compression molding method and dedicated compression mold
The invention discloses a composite quartz ceramic radome body compression molding method including the following steps: 1) according to requirements of a radome body product structure, size and density, determining a structure, size and density of a fiber reinforcing body, and carrying out structure design and weaving; 2) carrying out vacuum impregnation of the fiber reinforcing body by an impregnation silicon sol, and carrying out integrated concentration compositing; 3) carrying out compression molding on the fiber reinforcing body by the compression mold; 4) carrying out dry processing; and 5) demolding, taking out a product, carrying out high-temperature sintering processing, trimming and polishing, and thus obtaining the composite quartz ceramic radome body. The invention also discloses the dedicated compression mold for the molding method. The composite quartz ceramic radome body obtained by selecting the fiber reinforcing weaving body with a layered structure and adopting the method of integrated compositing and then compression molding has the characteristics of adjustable density, compressibility, high sol impregnation efficiency, low costs of raw materials, and short weaving period, and facilitates subsequent mass production.
