The nickel slag aerated concrete comprises following main ingredients: a siliceous material, a calcareous material, a foaming agent, an additive, a conditioning agent, and water; the siliceous material comprises nickel slag micro powder, machine-made sand, and a waste material micro powder; the calcareous material comprises cement and quick lime; the foaming agent is aluminum paste; the conditioning agent is dihydrate gypsum; and the additive comprises triethanolamine, oleic acid, and water. The nickel slag aerated concrete is high in strength, excellent in thermal insulation performance, and low in water absorption; a large amount of ferronickel alloy slag can be recycled; industrial solid waste resource utilization is realized; resources are saved; the ecological environment is protected; added economic value is high; and the preparation method accords with the development direction of novel building wall materials at present.
