The present invention relates to a wallpaper capable of changing colors according to temperatures and luminosity. The wallpaper has a layered structure and comprises a bottom layer wallpaper base layer and a PVC intermediate printing layer, wherein the PVC intermediate printing layer is coated on the bottom layer wallpaper base layer, the wallpaper is characterized by further comprising a top layer color change layer, temperature-sensitive color change powder and photo-sensitive color change powder are uniformly sprayed on the PVC intermediate printing layer and are dried to obtain the top layer color change layer, and a weight ratio of the temperature-sensitive color change powder to the photo-sensitive color change powder is 1:1.5. According to the present invention, the wallpaper can change the color according to the changes of the intensities of the temperature and the luminosity in the environment so as to meet the personalization pursuit of people on the living environment.
