The invention discloses a pressure-adjustable road surface cleaning device adopting high-pressure water jet. The pressure-adjustable road surface cleaning device comprises a bottom plate and a cleaning device body arranged on the bottom plate, wherein the cleaning device body comprises a drive motor, a controller used for controlling rotation of a rotating shaft of the drive motor, a speed reducer arranged on one side of the drive motor and connected with the drive motor, a water pump connected with an output shaft of the speed reducer through a coupling and a valve block connected with the water pump and arranged on one side of the water pump, wherein a water inlet end connected with a water tank and a water outlet end connected with a high-pressure water gun are arranged on one side of the valve block, and a pressure adjusting device is arranged on the other side of the valve block. The device can effectively clear rubbish difficult to sweep on the road surface.
