The invention provides an expander type anchor cable device which comprises a body (1). The device is characterized in that the body (1) is provided with a section of annular groove (1a), a set of expanders (2) are arranged on the annular groove (1a), a locking pin (2c) is inserted into the set of expanders (2), a through hole (3) is formed in the body (1) in the axial direction, a steel wire rope (3a) is arranged in the through hole in a penetrating mode, and one end of the steel wire rope (3a) is provided with a lock (3b) correspondingly matched with the through hole (3). The expander type anchor cable device has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to use, high in self-locking capacity, good in stress effect and the like.
