The invention relates to an efficient waterproof self-repairing structure and construction method for underground construction leakage treatment. The structure is composed of an organosilicone bottom coating, a polymer cement mortar regulating layer, an organosilicone hydrophobic layer, a self-repairing layer and a polymer cement waterproof coating modified layer, wherein the self-repairing layer is a cement-based coating which can achieve self-repairing both in the dry environment and in the moist environment, the self-repairing layer contains liquid core fiber and a capillary crystalline active material, and an inner core of the liquid core fiber is a low-viscosity adhesive. According to the construction method, the organosilicone bottom coating is applied firstly through brush coating, the polymer cement mortar regulating layer is sprayed after the surface of the organosilicone bottom coating is dried, the organosilicone hydrophobic layer is sprayed after initial set of the regulating layer, then the self-repairing layer is applied through blade coating, and finally the polymer cement waterproof coating modified layer is applied. The method has the advantages that construction performance is high, interface adhesion is firm, self-repairing can be achieved both in the dry environment and in the moist environment, and weather resistance is excellent, and is suitable for underground construction leakage treatment.
