The invention relates to a spatiotemporal dynamic evaluation method for the soil slope safety state under the rainfall condition. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a side slope body is sampled, and osmotic coefficient, suction force and a rheological model of a soil body are obtained; secondly, the maximum potential damage trend surface of the slope under the rainfall condition is determined; thirdly, a monitoring point is set, and real-time rainfall work condition data are obtained; fourthly, real-time displacement and transformation data of the monitoring point are obtained; fifthly, calculation parameters of a long-term rheological model of the slope under the rainfall and dry-wet circulation function are obtained; sixthly, the safety coefficient of the soil slope under the real-time rainfall work condition is calculated; and seventhly, the dynamic evaluation is carried out on the safety state of the soil slope under the rainfall condition. Compared with the prior art, the problem of the temporal and spatial variation of a research object is taken into consideration, the precision and reliability degree of the spatiotemporal dynamic evaluation on the safety state of the soil slope under the rainfall condition are improved, and the beneficial effects that more reasonable quantification is achieved, and early warning and forecasting are more convenient are achieved.
