The invention discloses a novel multifunctional urban rainwater collecting device, which comprises a road pavement, wherein a precipitation well is arranged in a position, near a sidewalk, of the road pavement; a well lid is arranged in a position of an upper end opening of the precipitation well; a shell filtering mechanism is arranged at the upper part inside the precipitation well; a tiny metal permanent magnet collecting mechanism is arranged under the shell filtering mechanism; the lower part of the precipitation well is provided with geotechnical cloth; a layer of filtering device is paved above the geotechnical cloth; and a water outlet hole is formed in the lower surface of the bottom of the precipitation well. The novel multifunctional urban rainwater collecting device has the beneficial effects of simple structure and high practicability.
