The invention discloses a full-automatic hand washing device. The full-automatic hand washing device comprises a cabinet, a hand wash basin, a connection base, an integrated nozzle and an air blower. The hand wash basin is mounted on the cabinet, the connection base is mounted on the cabinet and positioned in rear of the hand wash basin, the integrated nozzle is connected to the end of the connection base, and the air blower is mounted in the cabinet. A connection head connected with the connection base is arranged on the upper portion of the integrated nozzle. A water outlet channel is formed in the middle of the integrated nozzle. An air-film air duct is formed at a position, on the front side of the water outlet channel, of the integrated nozzle. A hand-drying air duct is formed at a position, on the rear side of the water outlet channel, of the integrated nozzle. A semicircular or semielliptical air outlet is arranged at the lower end of the air-film air duct, and the upper end of the air-film air duct is connected with an air outlet of the air blower through an air-film air inlet pipe. The upper end of the hand-drying air duct is connected with the air outlet of the air blower through a hand-drying air inlet pipe. A hand-drying electromagnetic valve is connected to a pipeline of the hand-drying air inlet pipe. The full-automatic hand washing device has the advantages of compact structure, ingenious design, capability of completing hand washing and drying and guaranteeing that clothes of users cannot be wetted by splashed water and high practicability.
