The invention provides a medical decontamination room which comprises a cubic wall structure, a top wall structure and a bottom wall structure. The cubic wall structure comprises a cubic support frame and side wall plates arranged on the cubic support frame, the top wall structure comprises a trapezoid top frame and a top wall plate, and the top wall plate comprises a central ceiling arranged in the middle of a portion clamped by cross beams and longitudinal beams, peripheral ceilings arranged on the periphery of the central ceiling and arced transition bands arranged between the periphery of the central ceiling and the tops of the side wall plates; the bottom structure comprises an inverted trapezoid bottom frame and a bottom plate, arced transition bands are arranged between the periphery of the bottom plate and the bottoms of the side wall plates in an enclosing mode, and the central ceiling is further provided with decontamination equipment. The operating room is an integrated seamless prefabricated combined arced operating room which is reasonable in design, easy and convenient to use and operate, low in manufacturing cost, smooth in space effect, not prone to dust generation or retention, free of pollution loophole, high in intelligent degree and good in use effect.
