The invention discloses a straw sandwich calcium silicate composite board and a preparation method thereof. The straw sandwich calcium silicate composite board includes a core board, connecting pieces, and a calcium silicate board; the core board is a straw board; the section of each connecting piece has a shape of a dovetail groove, narrower ends of the connecting pieces are connected on two side faces of the core board, and the connecting pieces are arranged on the two sides of the core board in a staggered manner; the connecting pieces and the core board are integrally molded; the calcium silicate board covers the exterior of the core board and is molded through casting; one end of the calcium silicate board is provided with a raised ridge, and the other end of the calcium silicate board is provided with a groove adaptive to the size of the raised ridge. The composite board effectively utilizes straw wastes to prepare the board, reduces environmental pollution caused by straw burning, saves materials, and conforms to a resource-saving environmentally-friendly type development strategy. The prepared composite board has good sound-insulation heat-insulation properties, moisture resistance and high strength performance, and in addition, has good fireproof performance and a humidity adjusting function.
