Novel high-simulation slate stone and preparation method thereof
The invention provides novel high-simulation slate stone and a preparation method thereof. The novel high-simulation slate stone comprises a colored surface layer, a transition layer, a base body layer and a reinforcing metal wire which are sequentially connected. The reinforcing metal wire is embedded in the base body layer. The end of the reinforcing metal wire extends out of the base body layer from the side face. The colored surface layer is obtained by spraying a surface layer sizing agent comprising cement, natural stone powder with the particle size of 180 or more meshes and water onto a mold. The transition layer is formed by spraying a transition sizing agent comprising cement, light sand, natural stone powder with the size of 0.5-1 mm and water onto the colored surface layer. The base body layer is formed by filling the mold with a base body sizing agent and conducting solidification. The color transition of the colored surface layer is natural, the texture effect of the colored surface layer is good, and the texture similarity of the colored surface layer to natural slate stone reaches up to 95%. The transition layer provides a hard supporting layer for the colored surface layer, the forming structure of the colored surface layer is reinforced, the mass of the light sand which is adopted is about 50% of the weight of natural slate stone of the same size, and the novel high-simulation slate stone is light in weight, environmentally friendly, capable of saving energy, abundant in color and convenient to install.
