The invention discloses a rapid-heating type composite wooden floor which comprises a wooden panel, an aluminum alloy middle board, rubber sealing strips, heat transfer medium channels and a plastic bottom board, wherein the wooden panel is rectangular, a plurality of tenons integrally are arranged on the lower surface of the wooden panel, a plurality of blind mortises corresponding to the wooden panel are integrally arranged on the upper surface of the aluminum alloy middle board and installed on the bottom of a wooden floor, a plurality of tenons are integrally arranged on the bottom of the aluminum alloy middle board, a semicircular heat transfer medium channel is arranged in the bottom of the aluminum alloy middle board, blind mortises corresponding to the bottom of the aluminum alloy middle board and a semicircular heat transfer medium channel are arranged upper surface of the plastic bottom board, the plastic bottom board is installed under and cooperated with the aluminum alloy middle board to form a complete heat transfer medium channel, and rubber sealing strips are attached to the front, back, left and right sides of the wooden panel, the aluminum alloy middle board and the plastic bottom board.
