The invention provides a non-avoidance stereo parking garage, pertaining to the technical field of stereo parking garages for the purpose of solving the problem that a conventional stereo parking garage is large in bearing load and short is service life. The non-avoidance stereo parking garage comprises a parking frame, car-carrying platforms and a vertically-arranged center shaft. The parking garage is provided with at least two parking layers from the top to the bottom. Each parking layer comprises a rotating mechanism, an elevating mechanism, a car-carrying platform, a rotating platform and a parking platform. The outer side surface of each rotating platform is provided with multiple elevating sliding rails. All the elevating sliding rails of upper and lower rotating platforms, adjacent to each other, can rotate with rotating platforms to be abutted with each other in sequence. The car-carrying platforms comprise car-carrying frames and car-carrying boards arranged on the car-carrying frames. When the car-carrying platforms rotate to the pre-determined parking side surface, a push mechanism pushes the car-carrying boards such that one ends of the car-carrying boards are erected to corresponding parking platforms. The multi-layer non-avoidance stereo parking garage has following beneficial effects: one butt-joint trajectory is always kept for ascending and descending movement of the car-carrying platforms; when cars are parked and picked up, no interference is caused among parking layers.
