Chest controlled through pistons
A chest controlled through pistons comprises a combined case (1), an inner door (2), a moving gear (3), a gearbox (6), an extendible rack (7) of a combined structure and the pistons (9). The circumference of a door frame at the position of a front outer door (12) and the position of the inner door (2) of the combined case (1) is integrally designed and welded to be fixed. A plurality of mounting and fixing seats (11) are arranged on the circumference of a rear door frame and used for mounting of steel plates on the top layer, the bottom layer, the two sides and the rear portion of the case, and then the steel plates are fixed through screws. The gearbox (6) is mounted in a door frame interlayer above door shafts of the two doors of the combined case (1), and a power gear is arranged in the gearbox (6) and engaged with a transmission gear which is engaged with a driven gear; an upper door shaft of the outer door (12) is inserted into a shaft hole in the lower end of a power gear shaft, an extendible rotating shaft (4) on the back of the inner door (2) is inserted into a shaft hole in the lower end of a driven gear shaft, and the extendible rotating gear (3) at the lower end of the extendible rotating shaft (4) is engaged with teeth at one end of the extendible rack (7) of the combined structure to open the inner door (2) by adjusting a pin hole (17), the pistons (9) and the hole position of a locating inserting disc (8).
