A structure of a sealing door comprises a door frame, a door and a hinge assembly. The door is mounted in the door frame. The hinge assembly comprises a connecting rod, a first fixing member and a second fixing member, the second fixing member comprises a housing and a rotating shaft connected to the housing through pin joint, the side wall of the housing is provided with a first arc-shape groove, the connecting rod penetrates the first arc-shaped groove, two ends of the connecting rods are respectively fixed to the first fixing member and the rotating shaft, and the bottom of the first arc-shaped groove is provided with a first boss. The first boss on the first arc-shaped groove can provide a resistance after the door is closed, the door only can cross the first boss through a large outside force after being locked by the first boss because of the weight of the door, so the door can be prevented from rotating to an opening direction, the door and the door frame can be always sealed when the door is closed, a sealing effect between the door frame and the door can be provided.
