The invention discloses an automatic fire resisting shutter with two pieces of shutter cloth. The automatic fire resisting shutter comprises the outer shutter cloth, the inner shutter cloth, a door roller and an automatic control device. The outer shutter cloth is arranged on the outer side of the inner shutter cloth. The door roller controls the outer shutter cloth and the inner shutter cloth to ascend and descend. The automatic control device comprises a control box, a temperature detecting probe and a smoke detecting probe. The temperature detecting probe is used for detecting the environment temperature and sending out a temperature detecting signal. The smoke detecting probe is used for detecting the concentration of environment smoke and sending out a smoke detecting signal. The input of the control box is connected with the temperature detecting probe and the smoke detecting probe and used for receiving the temperature detecting signal and the smoke detecting signal and driving the door roller to rotate. The automatic fire resisting shutter with the two pieces of shutter cloth has the advantages of being good in fire resisting performance and capable of automatically resisting fire and insulating heat in time and achieving the automatic fire extinguishing function.
